Squids connect to your online medical profile and optionally alert emergency contacts by text and/or email. An EMT, good Samaritan or medical care provider can access the medical profile by scanning the QR on the front of the Squid with one of the thousands of free APPs or by going to the URL found on the back of the Squid.

Squid Squares are 100% waterproof. You don't have to take them off to swim or bathe.

All Squid Squares come with the stainless steel bracelet shown in the photo. Swap out your Squid Square with our other fun and beautiful Squid Square accessories. Be sure to measure your wrist to get the correct size bracelet for you. The size options include the length of the Squid Square.

Information in Profile

Designed by a team of doctors, EMTs, nurses and patients, the "Square Deal"
subscription includes an unlimited amount of information and alerts your contacts
in an emergency. The first year is free and after that the "Square Deal" is just $25 a year.
If you choose not to subscribe to the "Square Deal" after the first year, your subscription
changes to our "Basic Deal", which is free, and includes a limited amount of information.

Squid Squares measures 0.8" wide x 1.2" long. Bracelet sizes include Squid Square length. Be sure to measure your wrist so you can order the most comfortable bracelet for you.

Squid Squares are waterproof. Swim and bathe with your Squid Square. You'll never need to take it off. However, we do not suggest that Squid Squares be worn on your keychain as keys can scratch the Square making it difficult to read.

Warranties

Warranty:
All My ID Square products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 60 days. Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your item for errors and defects. The warranty covers damage from intended use only. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or loss, nor does it apply to items that don't fit due to customers inaccurate wrist measurement. Attempts to repair, adjust, or alter the item will invalidate the warranty. Return Policy:
All My ID Square items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. All pre-printed MedAlls (items without a QR Bar code) are returnable for full purchase price, minus a total of $2 restocking fee for all items returns. The exception to this are Squids (items with a QR Bar Code) which are returnable for a $6 restocking fee per Squid. You may return any part of your order. Return items must be shipped to: P.O. Box 130, Merion Station, PA 19066. Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment was made. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Proper use of products:
My ID Square does not recommend that you attach Squids or MedAlls onto keychains as keys can scratch the surface over time. We recommend that our products be worn daily as jewelry. Our products can be attached to backpacks and car seats.
